The height of both seat and desktop can be adjusted at any height suitable for you. The magnetic control resistance is mute and will not disturb your families or neighbours. We have two types of desktop for option. One is plain and the other with cup holder. This spin exercise bike is perfect for home, office, bar, showroom, service desk exercise.
